A computer power supply manufacturer Chicony was having difficulty in meeting customer cost saving objective as they had high operating cost due to poor quality and low productivity. Our consultant had helped Chicony who was a supplier to an organization she served to identify over 50 kaizen and six sigma projects through lean six sigma and quality engineering techniques which resulted in quality improved by 50%, cycle time reduced by >10% and productivity improved by >10%. Chicony had cancelled plan of moving to whole factory to lower cost area and they are in green for the first time after the year they completed all the projects.

A diamoneer had entrusted us with the creation of procedures for her sales staff to perform their sales and other duties in the retail shop. One of their major problems is clients will often bypass the salesperson to meet the business owner with the idea of getting better discounts! We managed to get their procedures ISO-certified. They then retained our services for years and continued to refer new clients to us.
(FQC, GACC certification)
From 2013 to 2020, a factory with 64 vessels had us to help them setup documentations and conduct 6-month audit for the production of fishmeal as animal feed. They are 1 of only 10 companies in Malaysia to have FQC and GACC certificates. They referred us to another client looking to do business with China. In 2020, the founder passed away and the business closed down.
