- In 2002, we were first assigned to do ISO 9001 for a diamoneer which we completed on schedule. We were then retained to consult on the company. In time, we had hair salons, Hong Kong celebrity restaurants, home electric companies, spa group, an exclusive jeweller company and many other retailers including a whole street in Penang with 21 shops under a single owner called the Penang Furnishing City. - Where certifications are concerned, we were doing food safety related GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GACC et cetera, some for the very first time. Largest case involving a chicken slaughtering house, joint-venture with CP Group, a fame Thailand rice flour mill in Malaysia, one of 10 approved fishmeal factories export to China with 64 vessels where we were to prepare them for audit every 6 months by our local auditors and Chinese food auditors, a bakery group with over 50 outlets and so on. There are other certifications like Forest Stewardship Council with Felcra and ESD 20:20 with Wywinn, a public-listed Taiwanese group.
- For operations and implementations, we have consultants that were in aerospace, automobile, electronics, healthcare, FMCG, oil and gas and many more. We help to improve business operations, improve customer services and quality. In unfortunate cases, we help to turnaround the business.
